Almoayyed Property Development was recently established in 2001 to facilitate Real Estate Promotion, Residential Area Development and Property Management.

The property division is actively involved in the purchase and sale of villas, apartments, commercial buildings as well as open plots. Architectural plans are also developed for open plots in consultation with leading architects.

The company designs and constructs villas and apartments for sale or rental basis. These projects are aesthetically designed yet cost effective and are well appreciated for their quality in terms of layout and finish. They are well-equipped with all modern amenities and reflect the company's professional standards.

Some of its projects include:

• Al-Aker Project, which consists of 31 housing plots with three types of villas constructed for sale or rent (furnished and unfurnished)
• Busaiteen Project, which consists of 21 housing plots for sale with villa designs
• Riffa Project which consists of 27 plots for sale
