Almoayyed Property Development was established in 2001 to facilitate Real Estate promotion, Residential area development and Property management. The property division is actively involved in the purchase and sale of villas, apartments, commercial buildings and open plots. Architectural plans are also developed for open plots in consultation with leading architects. The company designs and constructs villas and apartments for sale or rental. These projects are aesthetically designed yet cost-effective and are well appreciated for their quality in terms of layout and finish. They are well-equipped with all modern amenities and reflect the company’s expertise. The team’s style of working is precise and methodical. Every project is conceptualized and designed in close consultation with the client, resulting in aesthetically inspiring yet functional structures that meet their requirements. Drawings are prepared for approval of the concerned ministries and are subsequently cleared for implementation. Almoayyed Property Development also has the in-house support of Almoayyed Contracting and Almoayyed Air-Conditioning in addition to the carpentry and interior design team in all its ventures.
