Almoayyed Contracting Group W.L.L (ACG) is proud to have partnered with ACWA Power Company and Haji Abdullah Alireza & Co (HAACO) on the development of the Independent Water Project (IWP) Rabigh 4 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The off-taker of the project is the Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) with the plant expected to be fully operational by 2026.
The scope of work includes the development, building, owning, and operating of the plant for a term of 25 years. The plant is being developed to generate RO 600,000 m3 of net potable water per day, using reverse osmosis desalination technology. This project aims to develop this vital sector and improve the quality of services.
Its objective is to raise the efficiency of spending, benefiting from the expertise of the private sector in construction, operation, and management, thereby increasing its contribution to development.
