


The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with Almoayyed Contracting, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a new government girls’ school in Galali. The event was attended by H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, Ms. Hala Almoayyed, Executive Director of Almoayyed Contracting, and H.E. Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Kingdom of Bahrain, along with other officials.
Spanning 14,500 square meters, the school features an eco-friendly and energy-efficient design. It will include two academic buildings, an administrative block, and 44 classrooms, accommodating 1,540 students. The school will also have two dedicated classrooms for students with special needs, science and computer labs, art and design studios, a sports hall, a knowledge resource center, a music room, staff offices, and 66 parking spaces.
